Hello, I'm Eric Servick I've been in the construction industry for 25+ years and am able to access your home's needs and address them in a professional manner and achieve the results you desire. Communication is key making sure you are up to date after every visit, if there's a problem that requires immediate attention you will be notified immediately.

INTERIOR

Inspect windows doors for tampering/ leakage, test smoke detector, check breaker panels for tripped breakers, cycle water systems, check refrigerator/freezer for proper operation. Check humidity levels, report to the customer via email or phone call.

EXTERIOR

Inspect windows and doors, check outdoor lighting, check grounds for any pests or hazards that need immediate attention.
